THis may sound harsh, but I hate naturopaths. What rationale did she give to do all this stuff? And do you have to buy the supplements/pill/potions from her?
I have come across some very good naturopaths and I have also been ripped off (in my opinion). A dairy and gluten free diet will not kill you so it is worth trying for awhile to see if it works. How is the zero chewing gum thing going? Also what are the pills and potions?
Liz beat me to it. Every person I've ever met who's seen a naturopath has been told to give up gluten and dairy. I can't help thinking it's a bit like those weight loss systems with the "individual" programs, based on "blood tests", where strangely, everyone gets the same nutrition plan. Hmm.
The allergy thing is a bugger - we all suffer from various allergies in my family, so I hope you find some relief. I really sympathise on the nose thing - it can make life completely miserable.

Food for thought.
